 Amerie net worth Amerie Mi Marie Rogers is an American recording artist and record producer. She has a net worth of $6 million. Amerie Mi Marie Rogers was conceived in Washington, D.C., in January of 1980. When she was a kid, she lived in South Korea, Germany, Alaska, Texas, and Virginia. She was a dancer and began entering talent shows in the third grade. She attended Georgetown University and was in Navy ROTC. Rich Harrison was her first love and she was signed to Richcraft Entertainment by Columbia Records. Her debut album, All I Have in 2002. She has since released four studio albums, with the most recent album, In Love & War that was released in the year 2009. The first two albums were Gold certified. Amerie's biggest hit came in the album of 2005 "1 Thing" which was certified Platinum and reached #1 on the U.S. R&B chart. She was twice nominated for Grammy Awards in 2006. She was an actor in TV's Human Target. In 2004 she also appeared on First Daughter. Amerie got married to Lenny Nicholson, her manager, in Anguilla in 2011. In 2016, Amerie released "Drive", her album.
