Audrey Justine Tautou (born Audrey Justine Tautou) is an French actor and model. Her fame was boosted by playing the shy, eccentric waitress Amelie in which she received numerous awards. Tautou has been compared numerous times to Audrey Hepburn due to her charisma beautiful appearance and acting talent. Although Tautou was from an intelligent family with dark hair, her parents were teachers and dentists. It was the last thing she expected to do. She soon was a participant in the production of a television movie Coeur de cible. Venus Beauty Institute was her first feature film, in which she received high praise. She is a daring performer who likes to play a wide variety of characters. She has been in films of various categories, including Amelie the romantic film up to Dirty Pretty Things the thriller. France-born, she has been in French films prior to making her Hollywood debut with Tom Hanks. Her sense of style makes her stand out as an actress.
